D.O. Ribera del Duero
TEMPRANILLO
Deep ruby red, with intense aromas of ripe black and red fruit, delicate toasted oak, and a touch of liquorish. Produced with 100% Tempranillo grapes from 20-30 year old vines.
The fruitiness that it shows both on the nose and on the palate is juicy and pleasant. Soft and dense with moderate oak and a silky finish.
Aged 4 months in American and French oak barrels.

- Serving: Between 14 - 16ºC
- Food Pairings: red meat, lamb, cheese and pasta and tapas like cured meats.
